These resources support the face-to-face workshops I run with pregnant women and their birth partner(s). The concepts and theories I present are relatively simple; it is the practice that makes all the difference. To support your practice you will find the relaxation tracks (yoga nidra and hypnobirthing), audio tracks for all the breathing techniques, the powerpoint presentation for the whole workshop and handouts.

I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and have been teaching women for 15 years now, specialising in Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga. I also run women's circles (see www.cyclicalwisdom.com) and teach hypopressive exercises for prolapse and incontinence.
Before my second child arrived I was a post-doctoral researcher based at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. I also make what I teach as evidence-based as possible.
